Договоренность коммерческих кредиторов о связанном финансировании определнных проектов или торговых операций в странах, где у них имеются долгосрочные деловые интересы. Подобного рода механизмы позволяют коммерческим банкам поддерживать более тесные связи с клиентами как в странах-должниках, так и в индустриально развитых странах, оказывая дополнительную финансовую поддержку импорту той или иной страны.
